Послесловие
Окончена книга о мифах и рифах западной жизни. Нам, конечно, не удалось упомянуть все существующие мифы о Западе, иначе, наша работа затянулась бы надолго. Авторы постарались, как можно точнее, обрисовать проблему и, как можно подробнее, обсудить её. Основной задачей этого проекта является переосмысливание информации о «молочных реках с кисельными берегами», якобы ожидающих новоиспечённых эмигрантов. Мы постарались честно и откровенно поделиться с вами подробной информацией на перечисленные темы, чтобы, хотя бы некоторые, потенциальные переселенцы многократно взвесили и обдумали свои намерения перед тем, как решиться на этот серьёзный шаг.
В процессе работы над книгой возникла интересная ситуация, которая заслуживает внимания. Ежедневно на адрес проекта приходили горы писем с отзывами, рассказами, статьями и сообщениями по поводу нашей книги. Большинство авторов писем были эмигрантами, живущими в разных странах Запада, однако, пришло немало писем и от русских, живущих в России или в бывших союзных республиках. Так вот, практически все письма от эмигрантов аргументировано и подробно развенчивали перечисленные в проекте мифы, делились горьким опытом несбывшихся ожиданий или неверных представлений. В этих письмах наши соотечественники, в большинстве своём, высказывали горячую поддержку этому проекту и предлагали всяческое содействие.
Большинство писем из России, напротив, были пронизаны скептицизмом, недоверием и критикой по отношению к книге о мифах западного мира. Люди писали, что не нужно критиковать недостатки Запада, а нужно задумываться, как исправить ситуацию на Родине; что не нужно сравнивать, «где мамонты волосатее», а нужно менять систему ценностей в самой России; что те, кто хотят, вполне смогут обеспечить себе более благополучное материальное существование на Западе и т. д.
Подобный разброс мнений позволяет сделать вывод о том, что те, кто пожил на Западе, уже расстались со своими иллюзиями, а те, кто знает заграницу по СМИ и туристическим поездкам, еще могут смотреть на Запад свозь розовые очки.
Такая ситуация лишь подчёркивает нужность нашего проекта. Мы очень надеемся, что эта книга поможет людям переосмыслить своё отношение к Западу, как к «свету в окошке». Ибо западные ценности никогда не станут нашими и их образ жизни никогда не должен стать нашим. Мы способны идти своим неповторимым путём, опираясь на богатый опыт и наследие нашего славного отечества. Нашим людям, а особенно молодёжи, нужны жизненные ориентиры, отличные от классической западной формулы общества потребителей.
Эта книга предназначена тем, кто ещё колеблется: между манящими ценностями западной Европы, Америки и ежедневными трудностями жизни на постсоветском пространстве. Нет никакой гарантии, что люди найдут в эмиграции осуществление своих надежд, а Родине после их отъезда станет лишь тяжелее. Ещё раз вдумайтесь в те цифры, что были приведены в начале книги: «За последние три года из России в эмиграцию уехали 1 млн. 250 тысяч человек». Насколько уменьшится население страны через 5–10 лет, при такой же волне эмиграции? Как вы думаете, кому нужны на Западе ежегодно прибывающие туда сотни тысяч человек? Вы верите, что каждый из них сумеет там устроиться и найти лучшую жизнь?
«Всё это интересно, но какое отношение это имеет ко мне?» — спросите Вы, — «Почему, эти частные случаи должны касаться меня, если я эмигрирую? Мои друзья уехали жить на Запад и отлично себя чувствуют, им очень повезло».
Ну, что ж, опираясь на свой опыт и наш труд, Вы можете теперь оценить собственные шансы на успех и составить себе мнение о том, что есть закономерность, а что — случайность. В пользу нашей позиции свидетельствует множество полученных писем с рассказами и доказательствами со стороны эмигрантов из разных уголков Запада, а также большое количество статей и публикаций. Смелость, труд и терпение — это необходимые, но не достаточные условия для успеха новых иммигрантов. Когда вы слышите о русском, который состоялся во всех смыслах, живя на Западе, это означает, что, ему еще и очень повезло, если он, конечно, не лукавит. Вы всё ещё уверены в своём намерении уехать? Счастливого пути! Если что — мы предупреждали.
Осталось ещё ответить на один упрек, вполне ожидаемый: «А вы-то сами почему всё ещё живёте на Западе, а не вернулись домой? Хорошо Родину любить из-за границы!» Разве нам такого не скажут? Конечно, скажут, много раз, но мы не будем оправдываться. Зачем? Наша позиция есть результат нашего опыта. Жизнь среди других народов и культур научила нас гордиться за свою принадлежность к русскому народу, понимать, в чем наша сила и где есть неиспользованые возможности. Иногда, из зарубежного далека бывает видно то, что трудно разглядеть, находясь на Родине.
Мы верим и знаем, что в России достаточно таких людей, которые честно и с полной отдачей трудятся на пользу Отечеству, и, что в наше неспокойное время их с каждым днём становится всё больше и больше.
Наш труд мы посвящаем Родине, с надеждой на светлое будущее.

1. Integrationsprobleme: Hintergründe, von Lusjena Ruder:
«Trotz steigender Zahlen von Russlanddeutschen, die zu geringe Sprachkenntnisse aufweisen, stellt der Staat keine entsprechenden Finanzmittel zur Verfügung, um eine angemessene und notwendige Sprachförderung zu gewährleisten. Auf Grund der angespannten Haushaltslage werden die Fördermittel sogar gekürzt, inzwischen haben Aussiedler nur noch, 6 Monate Zeit, um sich deutsche Sprache anzueignen. In den 70er und 80er Jahren wurden 12 bis 15monatige Sprachkurse angeboten, in den späten 80ern wurden es 10 Monate und bis Ende 1993 waren es immerhin 8 Monate.
Orientierungslosigkeit.
Die Aussiedlerjugendliche sind in einem völlig anderen Gesellschaftssystem aufgewachsen und sind andere Handlungsweisen gewöhnt sowohl bei sich selbst als auch in ihrem Umfeld. In ihrem Herkunftsland war ihnen alles bekannt und verständlich, bei Schwierigkeiten und Informationsdefiziten standen ihnen die Eltern oder andere Erwachsene zur Seite. In Deutschland dagegen bitten ihnen die nahstehenden Erwachsenen keine Stütze, da sie sich selbst noch in einer Orientierungsphase befinden und viele Dinge nicht kennen bzw. sie nicht erklären können. So liegt die Ursache dafür, dass die Jugendlichen oft nicht wissen, was sie hier in Deutschland anfangen und wie sie sich verhalten sollen, z.B. welche Ausbildung oder welche Freizeitaktivität ihrer Person entspricht, in einer umfassenden Orientierungslosigkeit.
Enklavenbildung.
Viele im Übergangsheim entstandene Kontakte sowie verwandtschaftliche Bindungen üben auf die Aussiedler eine Sogwirkung aus und führen dazu, dass sie in Wohnviertel ziehen, in denen bereits viele ihrer Landsleute leben.. Die Wohnviertel, in denen überwiegend Aussiedler aus der GUS leben, bekommen von den Ansässigen oft Bezeichnungen verliehen wie «Klein-Sibirien» oder «Neu-Kasachstan». Angesichts dieser Unterkunftssituation erstaunt es nicht, wenn viele Gemeinden über wachsende Konflikte in diesen Arealen klagen. So kommt es von Seiten der Ansässigen zu Feindseligkeiten gegenüber den Russlanddeutschen und zu einer Überproportionalität von Aussiedlerkindern an manchen Schulen, wodurch der normale Unterrichtsgang erschwert wird. Wenn in diesen Gemeindevierteln eine hohe Arbeitslosigkeit und geringer Wohlstand bzw. ein niedriger Lebensstandart herrschen, fördert das wiederum ein vermehrtes Auftreten von Alkohol- und Drogenproblemen.
Zugehörigkeitsprobleme.
Auf Grund der Diskrepanz zwischen dem ethnischen Selbstverständnis von Zugehörigkeit und der von beiden Seiten gesehenen kulturellen Differenz entsteht bei den Jugendlichen ein Identitätskonflikt. Auch wenn ihre ethnische Zugehörigkeit keine große Rolle gespielt hat, müssen die Aussiedlerjugendlichen sich jetzt im Integrationsprozess mit ihr auseinandersetzen. Sie müssen sich entscheiden, ob sie deutsch, russisch oder von allem etwas sind. Aber genau diese Entscheidung lässt sich nicht eindeutig treffen, denn viele Jugendlichen wissen nicht wohin sie gehören. Sich hier zu positionieren fällt schwer, da ihr Umfeld, bestehend aus Eltern, Lehrpersonal, Behördenvertretern, einheimischen Altersgenossen und anderen Landsleuten sie unterschiedlichen lagern zuweist. Der Wunsch als Deutsche unter Deutschen zu leben ist meist nicht erfüllbar. Die Russlanddeutschen fallen durch viele Merkmale als Russen auf und werden somit auch als diese wahrgenommen. Das ständige Erklären und Beweisen, dass man Deutsch ist und die fortwährende Begegnung mit Ablehnung und Inakzeptanz, machen müde und gleichgültig. So bezeichnen sich die russlanddeutschen Jugendlichen zunehmend selbst als «Russen» und übernehmen damit die Fremdbezeichnung.. Diese Erwartung sowie die Vermutung von Aussiedlerjugendlichen, als Deutsche ein höheres Maß an Akzeptanz und Integration sowie einen höheren sozialen Status als andere Einwanderungsgruppen zu erreichen, dürfte in der Folge zu einer speziellen Form der Enttäuschung führen, die ein abweichendes Verhalten begünstigen kann. Einige Studien belegen, dass insbesondere russlanddeutsche Jugendliche ab dem Alter von 16 Jahren mit erhöhter Angst, Unsicherheit und einem reduzierten Selbstwertgefühl und daraus resultierender Prüfungsangst, Schulunlust, Kontaktangst und anderen manifesten Angstsymptomen fertig werden müssen.(Vgl.: Seifen, T.: Landesstelle gegen die Suchtgefahren Stuttgart. 2. Doktortitel 100 Professoren unter Korruptionsverdacht. FOCUS Online. Samstag, 22.08.2009, 10:43
Begonnen hatte alles mit Ermittlungen gegen einen korrupten Juraprofessor. Inzwischen ist klar, dass jahrelang ein reger Handel mit Doktortiteln florierte. Nach FOCUS-Informationen sind viele renommierte Universitäten betroffen.
Die Kölner Staatsanwaltschaft bestätigte, in der Affäre werde mittlerweile gegen rund 100 Beschuldigte ermittelt. «Es handelt sich um Honorarprofessoren aus allen Fachbereichen — von Medizin über Jura bis hin zu Wirtschafts- und Ingenieurswissenschaften», sagte Behördensprecher Günter Feld zu FOCUS. Die Hochschullehrer sollen von dem Institut für Wissenschaftsberatung in Bergisch Gladbach bei Köln Bestechungsgelder zwischen 4000 und 20 000 Euro bekommen haben, um promotionswilligen und möglicherweise ungeeigneten Akademikern schnell zu ihrem Doktortitel zu verhelfen. Betroffen sind laut einem Kölner Korruptionsermittler unter anderem Hochschulen in Frankfurt, Tübingen, Leipzig, Rostock, Jena, Bayreuth, Ingolstadt, Hamburg, Hannover, Bielefeld, Hagen, Köln und die Freie Universität Berlin.
In Zeitungen geworben.
Die Wissenschafts-Beratungsfirma hatte bundesweit mit Anzeigen in Zeitungen und Fachzeitschriften für die Vermittlung von Doktortiteln geworben. Den Promotionswilligen wurde versprochen, einen geeigneten Professor zu suchen und bei der Themenfindung behilflich zu sein. Dafür mussten die Kandidaten bis zu 20 000 Euro an das Institut zahlen. Das Hildesheimer Landgericht hatte den Geschäftsführer des Instituts bereits im vergangenen Juli wegen Bestechung zu dreieinhalb Jahren Haft und 75 000 Euro Geldstrafe verurteilt. Er hatte in insgesamt 61 Fällen promotionswillige Kandidaten an einen Jura-Professor der Universität Hannover vermittelt und ihm dafür Honorar gezahlt. Oft erfüllten die Bewerber gar nicht die Voraussetzungen. Das Urteil ist inzwischen rechtskräftig, der Bundesgerichtshof hat die Revision im Mai verworfen. Der Jura-Professor, der an der Universität Hannover lehrte, wurde zu drei Jahren Haft verurteilt.

Благоевич потребовал от корпорации Bank of America восстановить кредитную линию для компании Republic Windows and Doors, в противном случае штат Иллинойс прекратит вести дела с банком.

На утренней пресс-конференции Фитцджеральд заявил, что Благоевич «опустил нас так низко, как никогда», а также пошел по пути «политической коррупции и разложения». Мы предприняли меры, чтобы остановить эти безобразия…
Обама заявил репортерам, что «расстроен и опечален» арестом Благоевича.
«Я не знал, что происходит, — сказал Обама — Я не общался с губернатором и ни с кем из его оффиса и вообще не знал, что там делается».[357]
17 августа 2010. Суд над Благоевичем. Род Благоевич едва спасается. Бывший губернатор признан виновным по одному эпизоду.
Присяжные не смогли прийти к соглашению по остальным обвинениям. Процесс продолжается со скрипом.
Присяжные проголосовали 11 против 1 по трем ключевым эпизодам обвинения, связанным с местом а Сенате США.
Обе стороны собираются продолжать судебные баталии.
Присяжные признали Благоевича виновным в даче ложных показаний ФБР, но не смогли вынести вердикт по остальным 23 эпизодам, включая рэкет, взяточничество и подлог. Новый процесс был назначен на апрель 2011.[358]
2 мая 2011. Вступительные заявления сторон на повторном процессе Благоевича. Обвинитель провел визуальную презентацию, поясняющую коррупционные схемы. Адвокат заявил, что кроме разговоров никаких доказательств нет.
К присяге приведены новые присяжные — 12 основных и 6 запасных…
Первым свидетелем обвинения будет агент ФБР, который расскажет о секретном прослушивании телефонных разговоров Благоевича.
Следующим будет бывший помощник губернатора Джон Харрис, который уже свидетельствовал на прошлом процессе по эпизоду о продаже Сенатского места.[359]

Записан разговор Благоевича про «танец кабуки».
Через 2 дня после президентских выборов 2008 года Род Благоевич и его помощник обсуждали, как дирижировать тем, что они называли «танец кабуки».
Секретными службами был записан телефонный разговор тогдашнего губернатора Иллинойса с его помощником Джоном Харрисом. Они обсуждали возможности надавить на Обаму, чтобы тот вознаградил Благоевича влиятельным постом в новой администрации.
Секретная запись была обнародована сегодня на повторном процессе Благоевича, она как ничто другое, ярко продемонстрировала разлагающиеся нравы двух ведущих политиков Иллинойса в ноябре 2008 года.
Благоевич был очень обижен: застрял в этом Иллинойсе, рейтинги падают, федеральные агенты шныряют вокруг и что-то вынюхивают, а Обама вознесся высоко, готовился стать лидером свободного мира, хотя на самом деле крепко связан с политической системой Иллинойса. Именно по этой причине Благоевич и Харрис считали, что могут на него надавить, чтобы он взял губернатора с собой в Вашингтон.
Благоевич считал, что Обама будет к нему благосклонен, если вакантное место в Сенате будет отдано Валери Джеррет, с которой Обама связан многолетней дружбой.[360]

For works in formats which do not have any title page as such, «Title Page» means the text near the most prominent appearance of the work's title, preceding the beginning of the body of the text.
The «publisher» means any person or entity that distributes copies of the Document to the public.
A section «Entitled XYZ» means a named subunit of the Document whose title either is precisely XYZ or contains XYZ in parentheses following text that translates XYZ in another language.
